ok so i hvnt wrote in a while but thats by the by lol.
anyway im stressing out and not in a good way. I have an operation tomorrow. I have been doing my friends heads in for the past few months going on about it and i no i have but i have been really excited about it. Even when people asked me whether i was nervous u honestly could say i wasnt
and now its the day before and im stressing. I have to fast tonight for my anasthetic and so i have been eating loads tonight even though u shouldnt lol. Im not allowed fluids after 4am. I dont no when the operation is either as i dont know where abouts i am in the list.
I no this seems like a stupid entry but its calming lol.
Anyway, what annoys me is that i shouldve had this done when i was a baby but because the damn docs told me parents there was nothing wrong when there clearly was then i couldnt have it done until mi optition offered it last year. My friends and family say its not that noticable but from your own perspective thats a totally different thing.
I think the main thing thats worrying me is the fact i have never had an anasthetic before and its gonna be unusual but mi mam says its like a good nights sleep.
And i have to get up at 6am *sigh* im gonna have to be dragged out of bed lol.
so all in all i no this is a rambling post. im really sorry to my friends who have gone on about this with for the last couple of months as im guessing it did all ur heads in lol

so i havent really said much in a while so i thought i would come on here and say hello.
the school work is pretty much hectic. im gettin loads of essasies and dont understand my maths but im always like this. Just done my first draft of my personal statement and will have to make my final choice on universities i want to go to soon.
i said thingd werent gonna get me down this year and im pretty much keeping to that. Yeah i had a minor blip the other week but that got resolved. I keep gettin myself down about this being the last year of school and not seeing some of my friends after this year but ive picked myself up from that.
i went to pizza hut last week with ebeth helen and cat and had a blast. we always have an entertaining walk round the lakeside and ebeth arguing wi the bus driver wen i could hear her at the top deck at the back of the bus whn she was downstairs. Plus it gave me time to get evrything off my chest and its true when its said-no-one was left out when it came to us bitching.
today has been a blast, especially dinner. yeah it was a normal day at school but me ebeth and helen got carried away thinkin of story ideas for a little too late. we have to be reminded its fictional. i dont care that its fictional im allowed to live in my own world for a while lol

soo....the holidays

even though i went back 2 skool 3 weeks ago ive only just got round to talk about the holidays.
i got my results and was really happy with them, especially maths. Just need 2 work hard this year and then i can go off to do law like ive always wanted to do. I decided to drop re because it was the subject i really hated doing last year because i could never concentrate on. Im doing a few resits in january and the earlia i start on the revision now. the less ill have to do nearer the time and will be able to concentrate on what exams are priority.
i also went to north yorkshire with my parents for a couple of days. i went to a brewery there and the tour was really interesting-although the place was a bit too quiet for my liking.
i went out for mine and helens joint 17th party and that was a blast. we had a meal and then we sang on the karioke all night(although i cant sing lol). then ebeth came back to mine
then i actually had my family party for my 17 th and ebeth and jemma came as well. my family are crazy but i love them all to pieces and i had so much fun. hope ebeth and jemma did too. got some great pressies as wel. also had mi first driving lesson which i enjoyed and i have my theory test booked now.
i went out with ebeth a lot during the hols and i had a blast. i realised that i couldnt live without her. yeah there has been times when we have been at each others throats but it hasnt lasted much longer than a couple of days. ive been best friends with her for years but i opened up about a lot of stuff this summer that i wouldnt usually have brung up and im pleased about that-we better keep in contact when we leave school otherwise i will kick her ass(ebeth if ur reading this-jocking)
i also found out that i am getting the operation on my eye in november and im really happy. most people wouldnt have been happy about an operation but i am because ive wanted this corrected for years and i have been really self-conscious about my lazy eye. only problem is im supposed to be going to see scouting for girls the 5 days after so im hoping i can still go
anyway i am back at skool and i am determined it is gonna b a good one. if i start the year off good it should be fine. i no all my friends are at each others throats but i am determined lol. i really need to work hard though. as of yet though nothing has got me down so looks like a good start. i just gotta pick my unis and get my personal statement done(which i really need to start)

its been a while

it really has been. i dont really have the energy to write much now but i will do wen i get home because i did a hell of a lot during the holidays.
so.....back to school-just had my first few lessons-im in a free right now. its my last year and i am definitely going to live it as if its my last. schools never actuali bothered me and i know its gonna b hard but it definitely be worth it.
im very happy at the minute-nothing is gonna get me down-if i can start off this year well then its gonna be a good year. i no last time i was on here i was annoyed but ive got over that.

tour de doncaster

so i went mamma mia wi mi mum 2day. i had a blast. admittedly its was that cheesey that u had 2 love it but wateva. the orange wednesday thing wouldnt work but the man let us off with it. anyway we got into the cinema and mi mam was like i have 2 sit on the right hand side and i wo like its weird if i dont sit on the left hand side. we ended up sittin on the left hand side. anyway there was this man who was sat in front of us and when the orange advert came on he shouted the futures bright and wen pierce brosnan was on he shouted 007 or james bond. yet wen mi mam asked me whether pierce brosnan was actually singin and i replied he started looking at us. he was singin 2 all the songs as well.
anyway me mi mam and dad went to finningley to find sumthing and then decided to look for somewhere to eat in auckley. we ended up gettin lost and ended up in hatfield at the other end of doncaster. but i had a lot of fun. i realised theres a lot of quiet villages that i never knew existed and if i did know they existed i didnt realise they were in doncaster lol. i really need 2 explore more lol

I wish everything will get back to normal. i wish that more than anything. i had a bad 2007-james bonds year did nothing for me-from january to december it gt worse. 2008 has been better-ive become a stronger person, i grew up a lot and have more of a responsibility now. but then my two worlds come crashing down. and they had to happen at the same time. i always knew that if something happened in one world then i would have the other to support me, but if it happens at the same time then u have no-one. in one world theres fighting arguments and generally bitchiness which i dont want to happen and really shouldnt happen anymore. and in the other world im being a stubborn argumentative stroppy little cow.

ive been doin work experience all week and ive really enjoyed myself. its totally the job that i wanna do and im glad ive picked that career. its gonna be hard though but i like challenges lol.
ive decided that im gonna try not to bitch anymore. admittedly havin things out of my system makes me feel beta bt i still feel bad. i gt tld i was the bitchiest person they knew and that isnt a good thing. im gonna try my hardest and if i need to, ill tell the person how im feelin because im becoming a hell of a lot more confident in tellin people how i feel.

the place i call home

i went to donny live on saturday. This is a free festival which they have in donny town centre where they have bands play for free. They had eliott minor and the levellers to play. We turned up at 9pm. We had gone to see the levellers play and guess what time they came on-11pm. I dont mind that but when there are loads of drunken people smoking in your face and your stone cold sober-it isnt the nicest situation. It opened my eyes a bit on how much i dont like where i live. yeah its my hometown but ive always said that when i go to university i wont be moving back here. i know everyone thinks the worse about their hometown and it might not be as bad as you make out but you still dont have to like it. Anywho-i enjoyed the band and they finished at midnight.
went to the hospital yesterday about the surgery i can have on my eyes. i had testing and the bloke explained a lot to me and then i had 2 wait 45minutes to speak 2 some other bloke for 2 minutes who told me far less than the other one and told me i was being referred. They are gonna do a different surgery than they originally thought and although im not squeamish-some of it sounded weird. i explained it to my friend at work and it grossed him out-more than last time when i orginally explained what they were gonna do. i also have to have a week off school after it-i dont think i can do that-i cant sit in the house for a day without gettin bored so what am i gonna b like for a week.
1st week of hols and im already bored-i need to look at uni prospectuses soon and do that tiny piece of hwk i hv. Plus some of my friends are on holiday and the others cant come out so im bored even more lol. I went shoppin 2day coz i wo bored and i learnt i am good at shoppin for anything apart from clothes. like in topshop-i have a card that will get me discount bt i find stuff in there really expensive. I always look for the cheapest price-like helen said "a proper yorkshire lass looking for the bargain lol". but seriously some of that stuf is worth less than they put it and you can get a lot nicer stuff for a lower price

berlin

yeah so i went to berlin with school for a week. was a hell of a lot of fun. i really didnt want to come home. i thought when i went it was going to be like most normal capital cities-hectic, busy, full of ignorant people. I was totally wrong. The people seemed really friendly and most spoke english, it wasn't that busy either. The shops were great as well. The only problem was the bus ride there. 23 hours. Well we were all set for midday like we were told and we had said all our goodbyes to the people at school. Then what happens-we get sat out in the rain for 2 hours coz the bus is late. Anyway-not that big a problem-bt it does get tiring wen all our doing is waiting. Went back 2 see my friends again. Finally got on the bus-then we had 2 stop sum twenty minutes down the road in harworth(which is still classed as doncaster) for 40 minutes because the driver had been driving too long ARGH!!!!!! Anyway we got back out on the road and got there ok. Had a few hours sleep, not many though as it isnt exactly comfortable sleeping when you are sat up but we still got there. We got there at 1pm the next day and in the evening we went to the reichstag which is the german government building-it was interesting to walk around it and find out all the history about it at the top of the reichstag there is a sphere of mirrors and a ramp you can walk up to give you a view of berlin....it is an amazing and there are various pics of me posing there lol. Anyway we did various things over the week such as visit the wansee conference and the film museum and jewish museum and they were really interesting as well.
The thing that gave me the reality shock was the concentration camp. I knew when i went that it was going to be depressing but i didnt know how much i was going to take away from it. The conditions those people had to live in and many died in was horrifying. The stories i heard about how these people lived made me think. These people live and worked in these horrific conditions and were malnutritioned and diseased and many died at the end of it all. Many were forced to work in the crematorium and so they didnt spread the word they were killed within weeks of working there. The crematoriums made me sick to the stomach. It made me think about the problems i have. They are nothing compared with what these people had to go through and that i shudnt dwell on the problems i have. I know sometimes i am going to think the problems i have are shit but compared to these people they are nothing.
Anyway the evening activities were really fun and we got a lot of free time to do what we wanted to do. We went bowling which was fun(there was no bumpers which made it quite hard), we went to a french festival which had happend to finish by the time we got there so we hung out doing our own thing for a few hours which was great. We got a whole group foto and also we got a foto of team donaldinho lol. We also went to the imax cinema to see a german film in 3d. Although i dint understand it, it was still fun lol. The best part was the day we went shoppin and the zoo. The zoo was awesome i got loads of pictures-giraffes(yay-there my fave animal lol) and theres even a lego giraffe in berlin as well which i also gt a pic of lol. The shopping was fun as well...i got a berlin bag...i decided not to get any clothes as i was worried they wouldnt fit coz all the changing rooms were always full. and most of them ill probs b able to get in england for cheaper anyway
got back at 10am yesterday but i cudnt sleep and then i got really ill. i slept from half5 last nite until 6am this morning lol. Last day of skool 2day. we had a party in form coz our form tutor was retirin and i went and sat with one of my friends for a while because we were allowed out. I had the confidence to sing at mass and had a laugh with the actions which usually i wudnt do cz im usually sat wi sum1 i dont speak 2. then we went shoppin and kfc for a while was fun.
Had a lot of compliments on my new clothes when i went to berlin. It boosted my confidence a lot and now i feel more confident with my clothes and shopping. Cant wait to see whether i can have that surgery on my eye and then i will be really confident lol.

Yay!!!!
It's been a great week and at the minute it's gettin better. I may not end up killing anyone lol. Well it's progress week at school. Basically that means all lessons are cancelled and the schools organise activities that are beneficial to us. the other years are getting falcons and the chairman of donny rovers coming in. We r gettin talks on university and getting ready for university. I no that might sound boring compared to the rest of the other years but all in all its better than what i expected it to be. The first day was good. We had a man come in to talk to us. Admittedly he ripped us apart but askin who would join a naked society was funny.The rest of the day was quite boring bt meh. Then i went to town with Helen and bought clothes 4 2day which was also a lot of fun.
Tuesday wasnt so gr8. We had 2 work on computers and then we had a talk on finance so it wasnt that gr8
Today was interview clothes day. We had 2 come in dressed as if we were going to an interview. I bought an outfit when i went town with Helen on Monday. I got a lot of compliments sayin that i looked fantastic and it really boosted my confidence coz im the sorta girl who always wears the baggy tops n jeans and never wear skirts and blouses. However wearin a skirt and blouse made me a lot more confident lol. I also sorted a few problems out 2day that i thought i wouldnt have the confidence to approach bt i did. I'm pleased cz im not the sorta person who does that bt i think its was because there was a smaller group there 2day. However, we r still quite bitchy in our group so i think we need 2 gt beta on that front-i think it wil b beta on my account-well im gonna try anyway. The talks were really good as wel. The year in industry seems quite good and i might go for that

realisation of what is to come

well its been a werid couple of days, after i got in from helens party i slept for about 9 hours getting up at 8. But then the exhaustion set in that i wanted to sleep longer but i couldnt because i had work.
cant wait till the holidays when i can have at least a few lie ins (i cant see me having many because i dont really like sleep)but i need to catch up a bit. Whats the point of sleeping when you can live life anyway? Its just a waste of time that you could be living through. Well thats my opinion anyway
work yesterday was quiet-i spent a lot of time thinking about things and how i could confront things that annoy me but i know that if i approach the subject then it wont come out right anyway
yeah so yesterday i ended up talking about a few things and a lot of things became clear and i think thats why ive been so snappy with people today. i'll be going off to university and leaving my home town in about a year or so and even though it scares me slightly i'm looking forward to that independence. I don't mind the moving away part at all, ill still be home quite often and i will see my family all the time. The thing that worries me is my friends. I love them all to bits and although they all annoy me at times i cant see how it would be without them. i know most people lose contact with their friends when they leave school but i dont want it to happen. i dont mind only gettin a text here or there but to stop completely would be harsh. However, i can see it happening now. I dont want it to be that in 10 years we bump into each other and not even remember each other. That's why i've decided to try my hardest to keep in contact and if it doesnt work...so be it...at least i've tried.
After all i still have a year left with them. And when i go to univeristy i will meet new people who will get a different impression than what people in school did because when i started school i was a bit of a geek and now ive totally changed
Summer is coming up. Which means mine and helens bday's are coming up. We have always struggled to keep in contact in the summer so im gonna make sure i see every1 at least once. need to work out what im gonna do for my bday but thats ages away so i can think nearer the time

tired-like thats new!!!!NOT!!!

Yeah so i've decided to get blogger and be able to write a diary on here because the last one i did was a complete and utter sham.
So about me-16, half way through mi a levels (ARGH!!!) and wanting to become a barrister (Triple argh seeing the grades you have to get to be on that course)
I'm not very good at describing myself
Anyway right now i'm really tired-it was that bad that i was falling asleep in church(bad sign!!!)
Yeah so i went to helens house last nite-had a blast
onli problem was that i gt 10 minutes kip here or there
and then i got to watching movies
and then at abt 6 gt a few hours sleep
then had 2 go to work for 6 hrs and then church so i reli hvnt slept
and exhaustion is setting in lol
well wats the point of sleepin wen i was having a good time
anyway im off
